HOW TO GET STARTED

Contact us to set up a FREE goal assessment with a certified personal trainer. You can also fill out the Request a Consultation Form.  At the time of your consultation you will speak with a fitness professional to assess which program would be best for you. 

2.

Once you have purchased your program you will schedule a FREE fitness assessment at our private fitness facility with a certified personal trainer to assess your current fitness level. Before arriving to your assessment you are required to complete the PAR-Q Form and Participation Release Form.

6-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
