Customized plans are the best plans to help you reach your goals. With this program you will be coached by one of our Certified Personal Trainers through our AAO fitness app. Our goal is to remove all the stress surrounding health and fitness and help you get results that last for life. We’ll do this by providing you with a completely customized fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body and adjusts with your schedule. As your coach, we give you the ongoing support and accountability you need to stay on track, no matter how busy your life gets.

 

For best results we recommend adding nutrition coaching to your training program because combining physical activity with a healthy diet will help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

 

who is this program for?

Anyone seeking a structured plan and accountable from certified personal trainers. Also to be more specific, we have helped individuals improve strength, obtain a higher one-rep max, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase muscular endurance, lose weight, lose body fat, increase muscle mass, increase speed and improve overall health and fitness level. 

*If you are unfamiliar with exercise, overweight, or have another aggravating condition such as an injury, and you are local to Vineland, NJ our personal training options would be best for you.

how to get started

Click on one of the links below to purchase the online training program for $86. The plan is recurring until canceled. You can cancel at any time.

Once you purchase the program you will be sent an email confirming payment and instructions to set up your account. Before beginning the program you will be required to complete the following documents:

Once you are set-up for the app and the documents are complete, we set-up your consultation with your personal trainer. During the session, we will discuss your goals, review information provided in your intake documents, and begin to delve into why you have been unable to achieve your goals.

Dependent on the nature of your goals, you will complete steps that allow us to create your online training plan, including but not limited submitting body stat data, and providing information about workout preferences, injuries, equipment availability etc.

At this point, the process is entirely customized to the client. This means all follow-ups, messages, and interactions will address the unique issues the client presents. 

During the entire process, you have 24-7 access your coach via messages. We generally respond within a few hours but will respond in no more than 24 hours.
